We have extensive expertise in public and private sector substance abuse, mental health and chronic health and managed care, in complex and quasi-experimental data analysis and systems development, in key policy development, in quality improvement and planning, in marketing and customer/client relationships, in highly visible evaluation research, in strategic planning and in communications and organizational development and improvement.
Partners of the Avisa Group have substantial experience in assessment of substance abuse and mental health treatment delivery systems and strategies, in performance measurement systems and in organizational development in mental health, substance abuse, chronic healthcare and primary care, in medication-assisted treatment for opioid treatment, co-occurring disorders, in public sector managed care planning and evaluation efforts and in complex data analysis. Partners of the group include two Univerity of Michigan Ph.D's and a physician with an MD/MPH from UCLA.
